This is a minor release for MRBS 1.4.

Changed since MRBS 1.4.7:

* Added an option on the booking form to skip past conflicting
 bookings when making repeat bookings.
* Added Ajax on the booking entry form for checking for sheduling and
 policy conflicts.
* Revamped LDAP authentication scheme to allow all LDAP configuration
 parameter to be set separately for each configured LDAP system.
* Added the ability to run report.php from the command line.
* Added a tabbed dialog that can be displayed to give more details
 of schedule and policy checks on the booking form.
* The report results, search results, users list, rooms list and
 pending list are now sortable, searchable tables. In addition
 admins can do bulk deletes of the entries returned in a report.
* Added Russian translation.
* Updated German and French translations.
* Added support for booking to be created and modified by dragging
 in the day and week views.
* Removed need for code in config.inc.php, this file is now purely
 for configuration variables.
* Made timezone configuration a per-area setting.
