Inzwischen bin ich aber auch fündig geworden: http://www.neoware.com/docs/quick_start/e140-quick-start-guides-intl.pdf: "For Linux Users Only:You have acquired a Device that includes licensed software License ( GPL ), the text of which is included in the software Read Me files. This software is delivered with the Device in object code format. Subject to the GPL, you are entitled to obtain a complete machine readable copy of the source code of the GPL software for a period of three (3) years after purchase of the Device. To receive a copy of the source code, contact Neoware, Inc. 3200 Horizon Drive, King of Prussia, PA 19406.
