ms-sys ist ein Linux-Programm zum Schreiben von Microsoft-kompatiblen Bootsektoren. Das Programm macht das gleiche wie "fdisk /mbr" bei Microsoft für eine Festplatte oder "sys d:" für eine Floppy oder FAT32-Partition. Allerdings kopiert es keine Systemdateien, nur der Bootsektor wird geschrieben.
