Die network authentication wrapper library (libnaw) ist eine modulare Authentifikationsbibliothek. Sie dient als ladbarer Zusatz, der eine Authentifikation zu Software hinzufügt, deren Quellcode nicht änderbar ist. Ebenso bietet sie ein API zum Hinzufügen von Authentifikation zu Software. Die Verwendung von ladbaren Modulen erlaubt es, jede Art von Authentifikation auf Regelbasis zu verwirklichen.
