Suse 10 auf Acer Aspire 1694WLMi mit X700 graka

Hallo!
Ich habe das Acer Aspire 1694WLMi Notebook mit der ATI Radeon X700 mit 256 MB. SuSe erkennt meine Grafikkarte nicht bzw. hat den Treiber nicht. Gibt es eine möglichkeit den Treiber für SuSe irgendwie nach der Installation zu installieren? z.B. Per USB Stick...aber wie greife ich auf den usb-stick zu wenn ich nur die shell vor mir habe...da die grafik ja nicht geht. Gibt es extra Treiber für SuSe oder sind es die selben wie für windows?
Kann man den Treiber irgendwie in das Image einbinden? Habe die SuSe CDs als Image am PC und könnte da villeicht irgendwie den Treiber einbinden und dann wieder auf CD brennen.

So hab jetzt Linux 10 drauf getan aber es hilf nichts! Es funktioniert einfach nicht.....ich hab keine grafische oberfläche. in die konsole komme ich auch nur per strg + alt + f1 nach dem booten...pls help!

Ich schlage vor, dass du dich als root einloggst und ein paar Ausgaben auf Diskette kopierst, welche uns hier hilfreich sein werden:

Password: [wie auch immer]

[Diskette einlegen]
mount /dev/fd0 /media/floppy         # bindet die Diskette ein
cp /etc/X11/xorg.conf /media/floppy  # kopiert die Konfiguration des X-Servers (der grafischen Oberfläche)
lsmod >> /media/floppy/module.txt    # Zeigt die geladenen Kernel-Module an
lspci >> /media/floppy/lspci.txt     # Zeigt die gefundenen Geräte
cp /boot/*conf* /media/floppy        # Kopiert die Kernel-Konfiguration
sync                                 # Führt das Schreiben auf Diskette explizit durch
umount /media/floppy                 # Bindet die Diskette aus
Die Dateien, welche du dann auf Diskette hast, sind einfache Text-Dateien, deren Inhalt du uns posten solltest.

Sry mein Notebook hat kein diskettenlaufwerk...was ich ganz vergessen habe, wenn ich es mit meinem usb stick probiere schreibt er dass es kein blockorientiertes gerät ist.
