Größe von Downloads mit beschränken?

Hallo,

ich habe folgendes Problem:

Für ein kleines Netzwerk stellt ein Linuxrouter via Masquerading mit iptables den Internetzugang her. Nun suche ich nach einer Möglichkeit, die Größe von
Downloads aus dem Internet zu begenzen. Es geht dabei nicht um ein Gesamttransfervolumen sondern möchte ich verhindern, daß jemand aus dem Internet Dateien
die größer als z.B. 200kb sind, herunterladen kann. Ist das möglich? Wenn ja, womit? Geht das mit iptables? Oder eventuell mit einem Proxy (nur ungerne).

Danke, in der Tat, das war es. Kennst du zufällig noch andere Proxis die das können, ohne geht's vermutlich nicht, oder?
