pppd problem (blacklisted???)

hab ein prob mit pppd
wenn ich mich mit pppd über mein handy einwählen will kommt die folgende fehlermeldung:

mit kppp geht es problemlos

meine /etc/ppp/options datei schaut so aus:

disconnect /etc/ppp/scripts/ppp-off
/dev/ttyS0
crtscts

name uta

könnte es sein das deine Rufnummer ATDT<b>0190</b>33888 wegen einer 0190-Sperre(???) nicht funktioniert. Hast Du schon mal einen anderen Provider probiert?

anderen provider hab ich noch net ausprobiert
aber wenn so eine sperre ist müsste es ja mit kppp nicht gehen
mit kppp haut es ja hin
werd mich weiter spielen
