diese Anfrage betrifft jetz nicht direkt linux, aber ich hoffe, ihr könnt mir trotzdem weiterhelfen <img src="http://www.pl-forum.de/UltraBoard/Images/Happy.gif" border="0" align="middle">
Ich habe noch ein Pentium3 Dualboard zu hause liegen, nur fehlen mir die Prozessoren.
Neue P3 Cpus sind mir zu teuer (1ghz cpu bei ca 130eur...)
Also suche ich nach alternativen. Jetz hab ich da so an VIA C3 gedacht.
Koennt ihr mir sagen, ob der dualprozessorfähig is? Und wenn ja, welche versionen?

Aktuelle VIA C3 sind nicht SMP-fähig und selbst wenn würdest du diese (wegen VIA OpenPIC protocol -vs- Intel's APIC protocol) nicht auf deinem Mainboard verwenden können.
