Fehler bei Installation Lexmark Druckertreiber

Hallo

Habe mir den Druckertreiber für die Lexmark Druckerserie Z600 gedownloaded entpackt und dann nach Installationsanleitung folgenden Befehl eingegeben:

sh z600cups-1.0-1.gz.sh

und daraufhin folgende Meldung erhalten:

Verifying archive integrity...OK
Uncompressing Lexmark Printer Driver............
./xlexinstall: error while loading shared libraries: libtcl8.3.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
The program returned an error code (127)

Kann jemand was damit anfangen ? Ich leider nicht da ich Neuling bin was Linux betrifft.

Ist so, wie es da steht.
Du benötigst libtcl8.3.so.
Installiere doch einfach tcl.
Findest du bestimmt.

Was ist tcl ? Ein Softwarepaket ? Ich hab übrigens SuSE 9.0 auf meinem PC.

TCL ist ein RPM.
Es ist auf deiner Suse CD oder DVD.

Bin jetzt mal dazu gekommen mich weiter damit zu beschäftigen. Ich hab festgestellt das bei mit schon tcl installiert war ! Und nun ? Bei mir beinhaltet das Paket tcl die Datei libtcl8.4.so und nicht wie in der Fehlermeldung libtcl8.3.so. Klappts deswegen nicht ?

Jepp, so ist das.
Mach doch einfach ne Kopie von dem lib ins Home Verzeichnis.
Danach umbenennen und Zurückkopieren.
Vielleicht klappts dann.
Soviel werden die wohl nicht geändert haben.
Habe ich auch schon so gemacht.
