Hi,
Mein Linux ist auf /dev/hdb1.
Mein LILO ist tot. Wie kann ich Linux wieder starten? Ich hab Redhat 7.0. Da ist eine Bootdisk dabei und eine Boot CD (linux rescue). Wie mounte ich meine Partition (hdb1)? und wie kann ich dann den MBR Bootloader wieder installieren?

- / mounten
- cd mountpoint of /
- chroot ./
- lilo

Dann schreit er das er die etc/lilo.conf nicht finden kann. Daraufhin geb ich mit dem Parameter -C an: ./lilo -C /mnt/mountpoint/etc/lilo.conf woraufhin er meint dass er /dev/hda nicht findet...

Kann ich nicht irgendwo einstellen dass er beim Booten /dev/hdb1/boot/vmlinuz starten soll?
