Xine 0.5.3 Installationsproblem

Hallo,
ich habe mir auf der Website von Xine die beiden Source Pakete "xine-lib" und "xine-ui" downgeloadet, das lib Paket habe ich als erste installiert, sah soweit auch ganz gut aus. Jetzt wollte ich ./configure bei dem ui Paket ausführen und bekam folgende Meldung:

..und nu ? Ich habe doch die xine-lib als erstes installiert, habe aber die alte pre-installed Version von SuSE 7.2 nicht vorher gelöscht. Soll ich da alle 3 Pakete -xine, xinedvd & xinetd löschen ?
Die /etc/ld-so.conf habe ich auch schon aufgerufen - aber da weiss ich nichts mit anzufangen - da steht nicht viel drin - bis auf:

Probier mal folgendes:

ldconfig (als root)
rm -f config.cache
./configure

Hi,
danke für Deine Antwort. Es startet jetzt, aber es spielt die DVD`s nicht ab bzw. es kommt kein Bild. Ich habe es mit MI2 undMatrix getestet. Er greift zwar bei Matrix auf das DVD Laufwerk zu und eine Anzeige beginnt auch zu laufen - aber ich habe weder Bild noch Ton. Was kann das sein ? Ich habe es mal über den Terminal aufgerufen, der wirft aber keine sonderbaren Meldungen aus, wenn`s weiterhilft kann ich sie mal reinsetzten ?

das sind die letzten drei Zeilen, die im Terminal ausgegeben werden, wenn ich auf play klicke.
