Zufällig habe ich dmesg gecheckt, und da stand sowas drin.
Ist das kritisch?

vermutlich ein IRQ-Konflikt.

Hast du ISA- oder ISA-PNP-Karten im Rechner?

Nö...
AGP-Grafik, sound/netzwerk/usb onboard.

Allerdings liegt Usb-BaseHub1 + sound + netzwerk auf IRQ 11.
