Hallo zusammen,
ich habe auf meinem 2. PC Knoppix von der CD laufen und würde gerne mal wissen wie ich die Grafikkarte einstellen kann bzw. die Bildwiederholfrequenz.
Die Herausforderung ist nämlich,
der PC ist folgender:
Pentium 120
98 MB RAM
Grafikkarte Matrox MGA 200 (glaube ich) 4 MB
KEINE Festplatte (hat sich verabschiedet)
und wie gesagt Knoppix 3.4
deshalb will ich die Grafik evtl. etwas runter schrauben auf 16 bit oder so
Bin für jede Hilfe dankbar.

Die sogenannten cheatcodes sind auch unter http://www.knoppix.net beschrieben.
Z.B.: Drücke im Boot-Menü nicht nur Enter, sondern geb folgendes ein:
knoppix screen=800x600 vsync=75
Das wäre 800 x 600 mit 75Hz. Du kannst die Konfiguration auch speichern, ohne Festplatte kommt da wohl nur ne Diskette in Frage (oder USB-Stick ?).
