SuSE-Linux mountet nicht automatisch

Hallo

Hatte jemand vielleicht auch schon mal dieses Problem, das die Laufwerke nicht automatisch gemountet werden (bei SuSE-Linux 9.2)? Tja, ich habe das Problem und weiss nicht wie beheben. Klar, ich kann das Zeug auch mauell mounten, aber wenn's schon austomatisch gehen könnte...

Das zweite Problem ist, das ich wohl unfähig bin, eine USB festplatte zu mounten. Das sieht immer folgendermassen aus:

linux:~ # mount -t vfat /dev/sda /media/usb-ITETECHINC-USBTOIDE:0:0:0p1
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sda,

Was ist denn hier schon wieder falsch?

die module vfat und msdos sind vorhanden?
dann könnte das eventuell am fehlenden nls support liegen. hast du einen selbstgebackenen kernel?
jedenfalls dann guckst du mal hier:
File systems > Native Language Support > dort die entsprechende codepage
rausuchen.

Hmm. Daran kann es nicht liegen. vfat und msdos modul sind enthalten. Am Kernel habe ich auch nicht rumgespielt. Habe das System eben gerade installiert. Vielleicht hilft euch die mount-Tabelle.

Irgendwie scheint mir die unterste Zeile etwas sagen zu wollen (noexec, nosuid...) aber ich verstehe sie nicht....



Vielleicxht könnte auch noch dies weiter helfen. Dies ist ein Auszug aus dem Startprotokoll:

Hmmm.... Plötzlich funktioniert das ganze.....Was doch so ein Neustart alles bewirken kann... Wieso passiert das immer mir (*sniff*).

Bitte entschuldigt meine Blödsinnfragerei. Manchmal habe ich wirklich ein Brett vor dem Kopf. Vielen dank nochmals für die Hilfe.
