Problem mit ISDN/hisax/Fritzcard PCI

Hallo zusammen.

ich habe ein Problem mit Debian 3.1/Isdn ins Internet zu kommen.
Das erste Problem fängt an wenn ich hisax als Modul lade.
In der man steht Fritz ohne ohne Optionen. Sieht auch ganz
vernünftig aus bis dann "Approval certification failed" kommt.
Ich hab gelesen das soll was mit der Postzulassung zu tun haben.
Kann mir einer n Tip geben wie ich die certification da rein krieg ?

"modprobe hisax" klappt nicht ?
Alternativ schau bei den Modulen nach:
find /lib/modules/<dein_kernel>/* -type f *.o | grep hisax

kann es evtl. am Kernel liegen.
Ich nutze 2.4.
Hat jemand ne Idee was man da versuchen könnte ?
