Ich bin ein blutiger Linux-Neuling, und wollte eclipse installieren. WIe mache ich das?

Indem du das Installationswerkzeug deiner Distribution (welche?) benutzt, und dort das Paket eclipse auswählst.

cd /opt

tar xvfz /pfad/zu/eclipse-SDK-3.1.2-linux-gtk.tar.gz

cd /usr/bin/

ln -s /opt/eclips/eclipse
