Farbverläufe unter Linux (SuSE 10.0)

Hi,

sobald jegliche Farbverläufe, egal ob es das Hintergrundbild der Arbeitsfläche oder eine Webgrafik ist, erscheinen, werden sie "gestuft" angezeigt. Als gingen ihm die Farben aus und er muss bestimmte Teile "stopfen". Ist ein bisschen schwer, mein Problem zu beschreiben.

Hat jemand eine Lösung parat?

Ich bin momentan etwas in Eile, werde später noch ein Screenshot machen.

Meine Grafikkarte erkennt er problemlos. (NVidia GeForce Go 6600 @ 1400x900)

Wieviel Farben hat denn dein Videomodus? Poste mal das Ergebnis von "xdpyinfo".
