Mit windows-Netscape über Linux insd Internet

ek

Welche Einstellungen muss ich bei Netscape unter MS-Win machen, damit ich via SuSE 7.1 ins Internet komme?

Die Netzwerkverbindung steht (Die Linux Maschine läuft z.B. als Printserver) und von der Linux Maschine komme ich ohne Probleme ins Internet um zB diese email zu senden.

Also ich mache das mit wwwoffle (das ist ein proxy server)

den muß man noch richtig configuriren (das machst du unter /etc/wwwoffle/wwwoffle.conf) dar mußt du eigendlich nur ein paar einstellungen verändern

so dann noch in Netscape einen Proxyserver einstellen (IP des Linuxrechners und port wo der proxy leuft normalerweise 8080)
