Uhrzeit einstellen

Hi,

nur ne kleine Frage. Wie kann ich unter Linux die Uhrzeit manuell umstellen?
Kollege hatte das Problem, dass unter Linux die Uhr um eine Stunde nachging.

Und nicht vergessen, nach dem "date -s" noch die Systemuhr mit der Hardware-Uhr synchronisieren (hwclock --systohc).
