QNX Linux oder nicht

Last week I downloaded the QNX real time platform from http://www.qnx.com/

This free operating system is worth trying out :
Fast download < 30 Mb, easy install, almost no command lines, no disk partitioning, reboot in QNX or in Windows,
QNX has all the functions of a full operation systen, file manager and internet browser.
In less than 1 hour I was all set up.

First I thought it was a new Linux distro but it turned out to be yet another completely different OS.

Which Linux distro is comparable with QNX as to ease of installation, size and functionality ?
Where can I find that downloadable Linux distro ?

The pity is that the QNX file manager does not browse outside the QNX folder in Windows file system to effect repairs when Windows crashes and you can still reboot only in QNX
