nahdem ich jetzt schon 2 Tage erfolglos versucht habe meinen XServer zum laufen zu bringen
bin ich fast am verzweifeln :/
Ich nutze Debian in der bf2.4 Version. Die GraKa ist eine MSI GeForce 4 TI 4600 8 x AGP.
Die offiziellen Nvidia Treiber hab ich nach mehreren Nervenzusammenbrüchen auch installiert bekommen
und in den Kernelmodulen ist nun auch der Eintrag "nvidia" vorhanden sowie auch in der XF86Config-4.
Wenn ich den XServer starte, bleibt der Bildschirm schwarz, und wenn ich wieder auf die Konsole switche
kommt auch keine Fehlermeldung. Im Log File sind keine "EE"s aber 2 "WW"s:
(WW) The directory "/usr/lib/X11/fonts/cyrillic" does not exist.
(WW) Cannot open APM
Wenn ihr wollt kann ich auch gerne mal meine XF86Config-4 sowie das gesamte Log File posten, aber
vielleicht habt ihr im Vorfeld schonmal Vorschläge.
ps: Aus dem Logfile ist auch ersichtlich das er die GraKa einwandfrei erkennt
