hi,
du hast in deiner netzwerk config mehrere fehler drin:

ETH_DRV_N='2' # number of ethernet drivers to load, usually 1
--schnipp--
ETH_DRV_1='ne' # ISA: NE2000 ISA clone (eg. Realtek 8019,
--schnipp--
ETH_DRV_1='ne2k-pci' #1st driver: name (e.g. NE2000 PCI clone)
ETH_DRV_1_OPTION='' #1st driver: additional option
#ETH_DRV_2='ne' # 2nd driver: name (e.g. NE2000 ISA clone)
#ETH_DRV_2_OPTION='io=0x320 probe_pci=0'

erst steht da, du hast 2 netzwerkkarten.
dann sind zwei verschiedene netzwerkkarten mit dem typ ETH_DRV_1 definiert.
ETH_DRV_2 fehlt komplett.
und die netzwerkkarte von der telekom sollte einen realtek 8139 chip drauf haben.
deine config sollte so aussehen:

ETH_DRV_N='1' # number of ethernet drivers to load, usually 1
ETH_DRV_1='8139too'
ETH_DRV_1_OPTION='' #1st driver: additional option
