frage wegen gimp in verb. mit gif animation

hallo ihr!

ich möchte mit gimp folgende gif-animation erstellen:

Bild 1 (2500ms)
Bild 2 (2500ms)
...
Bild 7 (2500ms)
Bild 8 (2500ms)

Soweit bin ich schon, hat auch gut geklappt bisher, nur möchte ich
jetzt das von Bild 8 zu Bild 2 gesprungen wird... Ist das machbar?
Wenn ja wie?

Oder anders: Bild 1 soll nur einmal angezeigt werden!

GIF89a (like GIF87a before it) allows multiple images to be compiled within a single GIF file. This "stream" of images can be used like frames in an animation sequence or movie. In addition, GIF89a allows you more control over the "play" of the frames. You can:
- specify the x and y pixel coordinate of each "frame"
- state how many 100ths of a second to wait before displaying the next frame
- wait for user input
- set a transparent color
- use interlacing
- include comments
- display lines of text
- decide how the image should be removed after displayed (not all options supported by all browsers)

The lines of text & user input are not supported by any browser yet, and most browsers don't do all of the image removal options.

This means that the single GIF file you reference in your HTML pages will display multiple images, in sequence, just like flip-book animation.
