Nvidia-Problem

Hallo
Ich habe den neuen Nvidia-Treiber 6xxx installiert gehabt. Nach einem neuen Kernelupdate kann ich den nun nicht mehr installieren.
Ich habe alle Wege ausprobiert. Ich benutze Suse 9.1 und habe auch die Installationsschritte befolgt. Damit habe ich den auch vor dem Kernelupdate installiert bekommen. Nun aber nicht mehr.
Anbei lege ich mal das Logfile ev. kann mir hier einer weiterhelfen? Im Moment starte ich X mit dem nv treiber. Mit nvidia startet X nicht.
Leider ist das ein ellenlanges Logfile aber ich hoffe es macht sich jemand die Mühe mir zu helfen.

Habe den Fehler gefunden. Doofer Fehler um diese Uhrzeit mach ich das nie wieder. Leider kann ich den Beitrag nicht löschen.

Hi,

bei Suse 9.1 mit Kernel neuer als 2.6.5-7.75, oder so,
einfach mal folgendes versuchen:

sh NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-6106-pkg1.run --kernel-source-path=/usr/src/linux

Bei mir hart´s so gklappt,
und ich kann nur sagen es lohnt sich! :mrgreen:

Hat vielleicht irgendwas damit zu tun,
das die kernel Sourcen nicht mehr hart gelinkt sind. :roll:

Falls das jemand besser erklären kann: nur zu!
Da würde ich mich gerne mal aufklären lassen... :oops:
