auf http://www.linuxtv.org befinden sich aktuelle Treiber für neue TV Tuner, einige davon sind noch in der Entwicklung so wie der Treiber für die Terratec Hybrid XS

1. dort fehlt mehr als die Hälfte vom dmesg output
2. hast du die Installationsanleitung ordentlich gelesen und ausgeführt?
Eine Cinergy Hybrid XS ist keine Cinergy T XS, demnach musst du beim Laden des Moduls auch den device_mode angeben um auf DVB-T umzuschalten. (modprobe em28xx device_mode=1 und anschließend modprobe em2880-dvb)

Ok ich seh den Fehler, teile des Video4Linux Frameworks wurden direkt in den Kernel kompiliert und konnten vom neuen Treiber somit nicht upgedated werden.
Du müsstest deinen Kernel neu bauen und Video4Linux maximal mit Modulunterstützung integrieren.
Mit Debian, Gentoo sowie Redhat hatte ich bis jetzt noch keine Probleme.

was für ein Gerät hast du eigentlich?

Terratec Cinergy Hybrid T XS (DVB-T + Analog) oder
Terratec Cinergy T XS (DVB-T only)?

Wie in der Beschreibung:
wenn du das DVB-T only Gerät hast einfach modprobe em2880-dvb,
sofern du das Hybrid Gerät hast und Analog TV schauen willst darfst du keinen Parameter angeben sowie das em2880-dvb Modul nicht laden, für DVB-T musst du das em28xx Modul mit device_mode=1 und anschließend em2880-dvb laden.

Du kannst nicht beide Funktionen gleichzeitig verwenden, umschalten von einer Funktion zu der anderen funktioniert nur durch Module neu laden.

Das Modul ist ja auch noch in Entwicklung, demnächst wird auch Teletext Unterstützung für PAL-BG Regionen (das wäre z.B.: Deutschland und Österreich) kommen.

scheint alles geladen zu sein "Analog"

Ich kompiliere meine Kernel immer selber und mein System läuft mit einem einfachen 2.6.15 (ohne hotfixes) Kernel mit gcc 4.0.3

Da das Gerät ein USB 2.0 Gerät ist wird der ehci-hcd USB Treiber benötigt.

Versuche einfach einmal dein System abzugleichen.

Vielleicht hilft das ja mal weiter.
