Instalation schlägt fehl auf SUSE 10.0 unter VMWARE

Ich hab da mal ein kleines Problem beim installieren von Programmen.
Ich benutze SUSE Linux 10.0 auf einer virtuellen VMWare Maschine. Ich habe schon versucht, mehrere Programme zu installieren, doch wenn ich configure ausführe, bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung:

Wo liegt das Problem? Vielen Dank im Voraus

Dir fehlt lediglich ein Programm, ein Compiler um genau zu sein. Guck mal in den Installationsmedien nach "gcc" und installier das Ding.
