TeX Live 2007

Ich habe mir Texlive 2007 in einem eigenen Pfad installiert. Funktioniert auch soweit. Bei der Installation werden aber die nötigen Links zwischen den Binaris nicht erzeugt. Einige habe ich per Hand gemacht. Bei vielen weiss ich nicht wo sie hinsollen.
amstex, etex, jadetex, latex, pdflatex zeigen nur auf "p". Ich habe sie auf pdftex gelinkt und damit geht es. Ob es richtig ist weiss ich nicht.
kpsepath, kpsexpand, kpsewhich sind nur auf "k" gelinkt. Wo die hinmüssen weiss ich nicht. So werden teilweise noch die Programme des systemeigenen Texlive gefunden.
Ich habe die Installation schon zweimal in verschiedene Pfade wiederholt. Keine Änderung. Wo liegt der Fehler? Die Installation geht ohne Fehler durch. Platz ist genug und ich habe es auch als root probiert.
System ist Opensuse 10.3

Ja, danke. Das zweite Listing hilft sehr weiter. Also wird wirklich fast alles auf pdftex gelinkt. Hat das einen Grund? Ist das nur ein Verteiler?
Und woher kommt dieser Fehler? Google hat nur gefunden das es mit einem kaputten Unzip zu tun hat. Aber es sind ja nicht alle Links kaputt. Und die restlichen zigtausend Dateien werden ja richtig installiert.
