handling "serial.parity" and "serial.send-delay" properties in
nmcli. * Avoid
taking down device when changing MAC address. * Fix crash with internal DHCPv6
client. * Various minor bugfixes and translation updates. --- Note:
CVE-2018-15688 was already fixed by NetworkManager-1.12.4-2.fc29 --- Changes
