Kernel-headers includes the C header files that specify the interface

The 5.0.9 update contains a number of important fixes across the tree. It also
works around a [significant
bug](https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1697591) which prevents X from
running on some Intel graphics hardware.
