VFS: Mounted root (ext2 filesystem).
VFS: Mounted root (jfs filesystem) readonly.
Trying to move old root to /initrd ... failed
Unmounting old root

kann mir jemand erählen was diese meldung zu
sagen hat???
hört sich irgendwie verdächtig an - nicht destotrotz -
das system läuft stabil, sozusagen ohne zicken!

- Zwei root-Partitionen in der fstab?
- Dateisystem der root-Partition i.O. (fsck) ?

Hallo poschl

Meine SuSE-9.0 schreibt in ihre /var/log/boot.msg schon seit Monaten immer wieder

<4>VFS: Mounted root (reiserfs filesystem) readonly.
<5>Trying to move old root to /initrd ... failed
<5>Unmounting old root
<5>Trying to free ramdisk memory ... okay

ohne dass jemals irgendein Problem, das auch nur entfernt damit in Zusammenhang gebracht werden könnte, aufgetreten ist.

Ich habe keine Ahnung, was die Meldung wirklich bedeutet. Ich kann mir aber nicht vorstellen, dass du wegen dieser Zeilen Sorgen haben musst.
