Bist Du sicher die richtige Version des Kernel-Source installiert zu haben? Diese muß zum Kernel (2.6.16.13-4-smp) passen.

Gucke außerdem mal, was mit besagter Datei kernel.h ist. das "build" im Pfad der Datei ist normalerweise ein Link zum Kernel-Source (bei Dir also /usr/src/linux-2.6.16.13-4-smp oder ähnlich). Die eigentliche Datei müßte also hier zu finden sein: /usr/src/linux-2.6.16.13-smp/include/linux.kernel.h.

Ich habs mit einer anderen Version vom treiber brobiert und es gieng!
wer das gleiche problem hat kann ja mal unter:
