The dnsmasq packages contain Dnsmasq, a lightweight DNS (Domain Name
Server) forwarder and DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) server.

Security Fix(es):

* dnsmasq: memory leak in the create_helper() function in /src/helper.c
(CVE-2019-14834)
